Montana Agate

November 20, 2013

What's new in the studio?  This lovely, large piece of Montana agate set in a sterling silver bezel.

I'm hoping to work it into a necklace before the end of the year....fingers crossed!  I also have a pair of elongated gray moonstone drops for a new pair of Peyton Earrings and a colorful ammolite polished oval for a necklace with a mix of gold and dark oxidized silver.  I've been looking for a piece of ammolite for a long time, so happy to finally have one!  And last but not least, another large pair of forest green quartz drops to recreate this pair of Pretty Palette Earrings:

I'm starting to feel the panic flutter when I think about how close the end of the year is.  There are so many things I want to wrap up before then, but I think my hopes far exceed reality.  Oh well, a girl can dream can't she?

Right now my focus is on the annual holiday sale.  Shipping supplies and a large shipment of wire arrived today, so I'll spend the rest of the week and the entire weekend wrapping as many pieces as my fingers will allow.  Look for more info on the sale on Monday afternoon here on the blog.
